Job summary

Ironhart Co. is seeking a Raleigh-based Territory Sales Manager to expand our bathroom and kitchen fixtures across the Carolinas. This full-time remote role offers a competitive base salary, lucrative bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits. Onboarding is planned for December or January 1.

You will drive market share by engaging luxury showrooms, working with high-end builders, and securing specifications with the Architecture & Design community. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust and relationships.
Solid sales skills: prospecting, negotiation, and closing to meet targets.
Sales management skills to manage a territory, forecast results, and organize activities.
Training skills to educate customers and team members on product offerings.
Experience in territory or field sales, familiarity with CRM tools, ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–7 years of outside sales, specification sales, or showroom management experience.
Understanding of decorative plumbing, luxury hardware, or interior design preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships within a defined geographic area.
Manage luxury kitchen and bath showrooms and build relationships with high-end custom home builders.
Secure product specifications with local Architectural & Design community.
Identify new business opportunities and conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Present product solutions that align with client needs.
