Job summary

AFC Industries is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow VMI programs with OEMs and assembly plants across GA, AL, and MS. This remote role requires you to reside in one of the three states and to build a strong pipeline while collaborating with a team-selling group.

Expect 2+ years in fastener VMI sales, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a performance-driven mindset with excellent communication and proposals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience selling fastener VMI programs to OEM customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Territory-based sales in GA/AL/MS with strong prospecting and pipeline skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales with industrial accounts by selling VMI Programs to OEM and assembly plants
• Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant sales opportunities
• Actively participate in sales calls/meetings as scheduled
• Provide timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in a Team-Selling environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Work in a defined territory
