Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the hospitality segment in Michigan. This role represents the company’s portfolio to multi-location hospitality customers, driving sales, profit and merchandising initiatives across accounts.

You will build strategic plans, coordinate training with customers’ staff, and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to meet and exceed predefined sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Tempur Sealy and its portfolio of products to assigned hospitality customers.
• Be responsible for sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
• Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that meet sales goals.
• Coordinate with customers and field sales associates to implement training programs for relevant employees.
• Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
