Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in a defined U.S. territory. The role focuses on acquiring ECP accounts, expanding existing business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while leveraging branding and technical leadership.

The candidate will travel extensively, up to 90%, and reside in the territory, with a remote, field-based work setup and ongoing coaching from the District Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; demonstrated sales results and CRM experience are valued.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience for sales planning is required.
• Optical knowledge and experience are valuable for understanding vision care.
• Computer and presentation skills (Microsoft Suite) are important.
• Driver’s license, auto insurance, and daily vehicle access required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads territory sales growth through account prospecting, new business acquisition, and budget management.
• Establishes trusted advisor relationships with ECPs to grow branded product sales.
• Utilizes Salesforce and Power BI to plan territory activities and track KPIs.
• Develops customer pipelines and aligns with partners on plans and goals.
• Delivers Quarterly Business Reviews and adapts plans based on performance.

Capable of regularly operating a vehicle for an extended period to travel the territory up to 90% of the time

Capable of driving for an extended period under a variety of conditions and spending extended periods sitting in the vehicle

Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per Hoya’s MVR policy as driving is an essential job function

Flexible work schedules and occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel are expected

Candidates must live in the territory
