Qualifications

• 3–10 years of B2B outside/field sales experience with a proven track record in new business development.
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling, in-person discovery, and territory ownership.
• Genuine passion for boxing, MMA, or combat sports is preferred and beneficial for credibility.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit boxing/MMA gyms and retailers in person.
• Manage and grow the pipeline in HubSpot; cross-sell to existing accounts.
• Coordinate logistics with the Atlanta warehouse and internal teams.
