Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. The role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and winning net new business opportunities within Beacon's target markets, building executive-level relationships and expanding Beacon's market presence.

The successful candidate will hunt for opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract award, reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales in embedded computing or related tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven success growing a territory and meeting quotas.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy to acquire new customers.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities via outbound activities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
• Build relationships with executive, engineering, procurement, operations and program leadership.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract award.
• Create territory and account penetration plans for revenue growth.
• Understand customer challenges and map Beacon's solutions to value.
• Forecast opportunities, revenue, and pipeline in CRM.
• Travel up to 50% to develop customer relationships.
