Position Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated self-starter to fill this open position. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping people with innovative solutions. A successful candidate is able to communicate effectively and build rapport easily with customers and will utilize their experience with customer service and sales. For those with proven leadership experience, we may find mutual benefit to discuss elevated leadership promotions.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a point of contact between clients and the company
  2. Negotiate sales terms and close deals with customers
  3. Gather market and customer information to identify client needs
  4. Respond to client inquiries and handle objections to facilitate purchases
  5. Advise on product development improvements and discuss special promotions
  6. Create proposal documents as part of the sales process
  7. Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • High resilience and ability to handle objections
