THIS POSITION IS REMOTE, BUT LIMITED TO APPLICANTS CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA. Travel to client sites in the region is required.

Summary Of Position

The Regional Sales Executives are responsible for delivering new business bookings, primarily from new customers within their territories. They articulate the value of our digital flexible packaging solutions, manage sales processes, and secure new deals. Each Executive utilizes support from our lead generation team, covering territories approximately 120 miles, which may include some national accounts.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customers and develop new ones, leveraging technology and capabilities to increase market share.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
  • Build relationships and identify customer needs.
  • Maintain customer relationships through visits, calls, reviews, and events.
  • Participate in community events for networking.
  • Enter customer data into Salesforce promptly.
  • Estimate quotes using our custom tool.
  • Collaborate across divisions for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and manage resources accordingly.
Experience And Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in packaging with large accounts.
  • Experience in new business development is required.
  • Results-oriented with strong sales skills.
  • Business acumen, analytical, financial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and confidence are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to Google Suites environment.
Work Environment
  • High-energy environment with aggressive expansion.
  • Opportunities for learning and development.
  • Travel estimated at 50%+.
