twiceasnice Recruitment is assisting in finding a Territory Sales Representative for a Northern Central US region in a remote-capable role. You will manage the territory, hunting for new business while supporting existing accounts, with substantial travel and overnight stays as needed.

You’ll earn a base salary of $75,000 plus uncapped commissions, and enjoy benefits including medical, HSA, life, 401k, profit-sharing, holidays and PTO. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the propane industry or propane equipment knowledge.
• Strong ability to develop new business while servicing existing accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Visit customers regularly, with a goal of every 6 to 8 weeks.
• Educate customers on propane equipment, products, and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and product support to customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.
• Follow up on leads and develop new customer opportunities.
• Partner with inside sales to support customer needs and orders.
• Manage customer activity, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings.
