Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption within a US territory.

The role requires strong selling skills and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension-related conditions. This is a fully remote position with up to 60% travel and a focus on a strategic launch of Mineralys’ first commercial product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
