Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Territory Manager to launch and grow Mineralys' first commercial product for hypertension and related disorders. You will educate physicians, build key relationships, and drive product adoption across assigned territories in the US.

Fully remote role with up to 60% travel, you will develop territory plans, partner with marketing and reimbursement teams, and maintain CRM integrity while delivering stellar sales results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience.
• Preference for specialty cardiometabolic sales and launch experience.
• Proven sales success and ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans, drive product adoption, analyze market trends, meet sales and launch milestones, and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Engage healthcare providers with clinical data and value propositions, address access barriers, and support product pull-through.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, reimbursement, and leadership teams for optimal customer and patient outcomes.
• Maintain high compliance standards and act as a brand ambassador.
