Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a Territory Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. Based in the Eastern PA/NJ region with remote work options, you will lead sales activities, coordinate Direct Sales Reps and Clinical Specialists, and drive territory profitability.

You will train medical professionals, manage scheduling, and build relationships with physicians, labs, and hospital administrators to promote Abbott CRM products while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM sales experience.
• Solid understanding of cardiac rhythm management technology.
• Knowledge of domestic medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate implanting schedules for Direct Sales Reps and Clinical Specialists.
• Provide medical professionals with product information and training; staff education and in-services.
• Ensure patient information is collected and forwarded to tracking when required.
• Manage profitability and control operating expenses as a percentage of sales.
• Increase revenue per head and call on physicians, labs, and hospitals.
