Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals while delivering value to patients with uncontrolled hypertension. You will thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment, demonstrate strong clinical acumen, and travel up to 60% within your territory while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to discuss scientific data.
• Excellent territory planning and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain territory business plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and educate providers.
• Maintain CRM documentation and territory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launch initiatives.
