Job summary

Biote Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to recruit physicians and practitioners for Biote’s BHRT offerings within the Kansas City area. This field-based remote role focuses on relationship development, practice growth, and educating providers and staff about Biote’s program.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices/biotech, excellent communication, and the ability to travel approximately 20% of the month. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical device/biotech.
• Ability to travel ~20% of the month.
• Strong written and oral communication and persuasive presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Biote's BHRT offerings.
• Train physicians, staff, and patients on Biote protocols and resources.
• Present Biote’s program to physicians, NPs, and PAs to generate partnerships.
• Recruit physicians and practitioners through prospecting and presentations.
• Attend marketing and sales events and manage leads and referrals.
