Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution across multiple stores within the assigned territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensuring schedules, displays, and promotions are executed to Mondelēz standards.

This fully remote role involves frequent travel, lifting and moving products, and collaborating with store personnel to maintain shelf standards and brand visibility across many locations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage, complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing Excellence, and document execution through DMI & Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-negotiated plan compliance and strong brand visibility.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage and assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
