Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure brand standards, and maintain execution across multiple locations.

Key duties include daily coverage, promotional displays, and adherence to safety and RTM plans, with opportunities for seasonal transitions and leadership development. This is a fully remote US-wide role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution through DMI and Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, and promotions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership-ready skills such as communication and problem-solving.
• Follow safety protocols and company vehicle policies while driving.
