Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to manage in-store execution across multiple markets. The role supports Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensuring brand standards, accurate displays, and timely store visits. You will work remotely with field teams to uphold Mondelēz standards.

The position emphasizes operational excellence, adaptability, and building relationships with store leadership, while facilitating product launches and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel across markets.
• Physical activities: lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and Order Writing.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-negotiated plans and visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement.
