Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution across a broad U.S. territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

The role emphasizes field collaboration, seasonal merchandising, and consistent coverage. You will travel across markets, lift and move product as needed, and contribute to onboarding new team members while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, with ability to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence standards and order writing; document execution with photos.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage and seasonal transitions.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Maintain safety and compliance while handling products and driving across the territory.
