Job summary

AXLE Funding is seeking an Account Manager to oversee all activity within a designated territory. This remote role blends sales, dealer relationship management, collections, compliance oversight, and daily operations.

You will be the primary contact for dealer partners, coordinating with credit, operations, and funding to ensure a smooth experience and portfolio health. Travel within the territory is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Three+ years of automotive finance, floorplan, or dealership experience.
• Notary required or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers through calls, texts, and visits.
• Drive dealer growth by communicating AXLE Funding programs and policies.
• Monitor dealer performance and aging to identify risk or delinquency.
• Address collection and compliance concerns within the territory.
• Execute contracts and onboarding documents with dealers on products and fees.
• Maintain CRM and internal documentation accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and funding teams for a seamless dealer experience.
• Engage with auction partners and industry channels to support relationships.
• Participate in promotions and company initiatives within the territory.
• Represent AXLE Funding professionally in all interactions.
