Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Account Manager for the Pennsylvania/New Jersey region to own full-cycle sales across the territory. You will develop and sell to new customers while managing existing accounts, driving revenue through consultative and technical selling, and maintaining CRM with accurate pipeline reporting.

The role requires 2–5 years in thermoplastics distribution or adjacent sectors, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in thermoplastics distribution or adjacent sectors.
• Background in engineered thermoplastics preferred.
• Ability to operate independently as a hunter with consultative/technical selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales across territory with autonomy and accountability.
• Develop and sell to new customers and manage existing customers.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative, technical selling into multiple industry sectors.
• Maintain CRM, manage customer pipelines, and report on territory performance.
• Partner with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver value-added solutions.
