Worldwide Machinery is a leading supplier of heavy earthmoving and pipeline equipment, seeking an Account Manager in Colorado who will grow relationships with contractors and drive revenue through rental, sales, and leasing solutions.

You will manage accounts, develop new business, and travel within the territory, collaborating with service and credit teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction equipment industry or a related field.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
• PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and drive revenue growth through regular job site and office visits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as needed to maintain regular customer contact and develop new opportunities.
• Partner with customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend appropriate rental, sales, and leasing solutions.
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure effective communication and follow-up with customers.
• Assist the Credit Department with accounts receivable matters and customer account issues.
• Attend networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows as required.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the company CRM system.
• Consistently provide professional, responsive, and solutions-focused customer service.
