Job summary

ChristianBook LLC is seeking temporary Customer Service Representatives for remote positions open to MA, NH, or ME residents. Two days ago a requisition was posted for both full‑ and part‑time roles with holidays and a faster training track. This role emphasizes friendly, tech‑savvy service and accurate order processing.

Candidates should have strong typing, good spelling, and solid PC skills. Training is paid and conducted remotely, with setup provided during on‑site training prior to start.

Qualifications

• Prior experience using eGain for customer service or case management.
• Prior experience using AccuTerm for terminal emulation / order processing.
• Typing skills at least 30 words per minute.
• Strong communication and spelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and process orders.
• Upsell where appropriate while maintaining high service quality.
• Maintain accurate information in the system and meet performance targets.
