Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding sod orders.
• Accurately enter customer orders via phone and web.
• Provide information on sod varieties, availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Assist customers using the online ordering platform.
• Communicate with the owner and sod farm manager as needed.
• Process pallet returns and track credits.
• Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable issues.
