Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Temp Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across a fully remote US workforce. You will proactively source top-tier talent, support fellow recruiters, and align with hiring managers to ensure strong candidate profiles and timely offers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, thrive in fast-paced startups, and are proficient with Greenhouse or Ashby.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or similar environment.
• Experience filling high-volume roles and managing multiple requisitions.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using creative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles from pipeline to offers.
• Proactively engage top talent and support other recruiters with sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and pipeline updates.
• Work autonomously to manage your desk and meet hiring targets.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS documentation.
