Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Temp Recruiter to serve as a versatile talent generalist, able to jump in wherever our hiring needs are greatest and drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles.

You will proactively identify passive candidates using creative sourcing, partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles, and maintain ATS data while delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional leaders.
• Resourceful, highly organized, and able to work independently remotely.
• Comfortable navigating ATS platforms and sourcing creatively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles from pipeline to offers.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting and high-volume searches.
• Proactively identify passive talent using creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and provide regular pipeline updates.
