• Adjudicate high-technical complexity workers' compensation claims within established limits and authority.
• Identify and resolve issues across a broad set of claims and endorsements.
• Report trends and developments to senior management and underwriters.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties.
• Assess coverage by reviewing forms, policies, endorsements, and client instructions.
• Manage claims in litigation and ensure timely, accurate file documentation.
