Argo Group is seeking a highly capable Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for a temporary assignment. The role may be remote from anywhere in the United States, with potential temp‑to‑hire in select offices.

You will adjudicate complex indemnity claims, record hours, and work under significant authority in CT, DC, DE, MD, and VT. Requirements include five years' experience, a bachelor's degree, and CT/DE/VT licenses.

Formación

• Minimum five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims in CT, DC, DE, MD, and VT.
• Bachelor's degree required; two or more insurance designations or four additional years of related experience may substitute.
• License required in CT, DE, & VT.

Responsabilidades

• Adjudicate high‑complexity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Document and report claims trends to management.
• Set claim reserves and coordinate expert resources.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Communicate with insured, claimants, and other parties.
