Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of professional IT experience in roles such as Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Experience in an MSP or multi-tenant environment, ideally supporting regulated industries.
- Strong systems administration knowledge, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy.
Responsibilities
- Implement secure, compliant client environments using industry standards.
- Support onboarding projects from discovery through cutover.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
