Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Teleservices Representative to book tours for current guests staying on site and to provide vacation planning guidance that exceeds expectations. The role is remote with mornings shift (8:30am-3:30pm) and Tue-Wed off, offering benefits including bi-weekly pay and 401K matching.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, maintaining world-class guest satisfaction, and using the Aspect Dialer to maximize conversions while upholding

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written and oral communications skills.
• Flexible schedule – open availability (including weekends and holidays).
• Knowledge of timeshare practices including assisting owners, RCI guests and renters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicits prospects over the phone to tour with our sales consultants and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Support and uphold the Sales & Marketing Department vision and philosophies.
• Adhere to departmental and company policies; ensure guest satisfaction standards are met and exceeded.
• Manage the Aspect Dialer and properly assign prospects to maximize conversion.
