Ideal candidates have sales experience, a professional appearance, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Salesforce, Chorus, and communication tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in timeshare or related sector.
• Strong customer-service orientation and persuasive communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior service.
• Demonstrate a team mindset and collaborate across the organization.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral and Outlook to manage activities.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Possess a sales background and actively engage customers.
