Job summary

Davies North America is hiring a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to work from home in the United States. You will monitor, evaluate, and coordinate medical treatment under Workers’ Compensation, report to the Case Management Supervisor, and assess recovery progress to reduce time off work.

The role emphasizes cost containment, high-quality care, and collaboration with employers, insurers, and providers. A current RN license and WC case management experience are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• Must have one of the following certifications: CCRN, CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN‑S.
• At least 1 year of Workers’ Compensation case management experience.
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish helpful; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management for Workers’ Compensation patients.
• Coordinate medical treatments and services to support timely return‑to‑work.
• Educate injured employees and document progress in the system.
• Identify barriers to recovery and adjust plans accordingly.
• Evaluate treatment plans and outcomes, adjusting as needed.
• Advocate for patients while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
