CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to support daily operations for our Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. You will work under pharmacist oversight, handling prescription fulfillment, inventory control, and patient interactions with care and empathy.

The role emphasizes SOP adherence, safety, and a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to assist immunizations and remote patient services where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy including age and licensure
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
• State licensure requirements vary by state
• 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Follow SOPs to support Pharmacists and pharmacy team
• Oversee safe operation of Remote Dispensing Pharmacy and protect integrity of medications
• Fulfill prescriptions accurately and support inventory management
• Assist in patient communication and care at pick-up, drive-thru or by phone
• Assist in onboarding and training of new Telepharmacy Technicians
