Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician for our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations. You will perform day-to-day operations with Pharmacist oversight, ensure safe prescription fulfillment, and maintain high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, handling controlled substances, assisting with immunizations where allowed, and supporting the Telepharmacy Team Leader to deliver quality service across markets.

Qualifications

• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• 1+ years full-time Pharmacy Technician experience.
• CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily pharmacy operations run safely under Pharmacist oversight.
• Follow SOPs, protect patient safety, and maintain medication integrity.
• Assist with immunizations, vaccines, and remote dispensing workflows where allowed.
• Support inventory control, revenue capture, and regulatory compliance.
