Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT).
• 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Customer service and teamwork with a focus on patient care.
• Mathematical reasoning for dispensing tasks (days supply, tablets, bottles).
• Assisting with immunizations when permitted and trained.
• Inventory activities and cycle counts per SOPs; manage medication deliveries.
