CVS Health is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to manage day-to-day operations at a Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, under pharmacist supervision from a separate location. You will focus on service quality, workflow efficacy and patient communication across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted certification.
High school diploma or GED required.
State licensure requirements vary by state.
Regular and reliable attendance.

Customer Service orientation.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Numerical/mathematical reasoning for prescription calculations.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy.
