Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks licensed physicians for virtual care across multiple specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care. The role offers flexible scheduling and a fully remote setup focused on patient care without administrative burdens.

Candidates should hold active licenses in several states, have telehealth or high-volume experience, and be adept with EMRs and telemedicine platforms.

Qualifications

• Active medical licenses in at least three U.S. states (five preferred).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• DEA certification and applicable CSL if needed.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week over four days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual patient assessments, reviews, and treatments.
• Build compassionate, patient-centered relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications, including buprenorphine for addiction, within scope.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements.
