Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks licensed physicians for a fully remote, virtual role delivering high-quality telemedicine care across multiple states. You will assess patients, interpret labs, and collaborate with care teams in a flexible setting.

Requirements include active multi-state licenses, DEA certification, EMR proficiency, and flexibility for a fully remote schedule. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered treatment in a rapidly evolving telehealth environment.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three states (preferably five).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to medical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
• Work remotely with complete schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual patient care and build therapeutic relationships.
• Order, interpret lab tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
