Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks licensed physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple states in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, or urgent care. The role is telehealth-focused with flexible scheduling and expansive state coverage.

You will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, order labs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while maintaining detailed documentation and staying current with telehealth practices.

Qualifications

• Hold active medical licenses in at least three U.S. states (five preferred).
• Telehealth or high-volume in-person care experience.
• Strong communication and commitment to medical excellence.
• Proficient with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certificate; CSL if required.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly over four days with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth services through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine for addiction).
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
