Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across specialties including primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care. This remote role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with strong therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling over four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual assessments, reviews of medical history, and appropriate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and stay updated on telehealth advancements.
