Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians work as independent contractors, setting their own schedule within a weekly framework and operating with streamlined EMR support.

The role emphasizes addiction care, with compensation at $35 per completed consult and potential earnings up to $260K+ annually for top performers. Candidates must hold licenses in multiple states and can work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications within policy (buprenorphine for OUD where applicable)
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
