Active licenses in multiple states and DEA registration are required; top earners reach $260K+ annually. This role emphasizes addiction care and telehealth delivery with supportive credentialing and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance; buprenorphine allowed for OUD as applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
