Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule as independent contractors with per-visit compensation.

The role supports addiction care and broader telehealth services, with pay up to $260K+ for top performers and a standard $35 per completed consult (1099). We require active multi-state licenses and DEA registration, ability to commit 15–20 hours weekly, and comfort with EMR and telemedicine platforms.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; licenses in AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs and provides support.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours weekly across four days; schedules submitted in advance.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and guide on proper use (buprenorphine for OUD where applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telemedicine trends and best practices.
