Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; licensing costs covered.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Available to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications per policy (no CS except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
