Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedules, work remotely, and operate with streamlined EMR and provider-support teams. Pay is per completed consult with tiered hourly equivalents and potential for higher earnings as visit times shorten.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with weekly schedules submitted in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation and best practices.
