Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Availability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications per clinical guidelines (no typically controlled substances except buprenorphine where allowed).
