Job summary

SynergenX is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider (PA or FNP) to care for patients throughout Ohio via telehealth. This fully remote W-2 role requires an active Ohio license and Ohio DEA registration in good standing.

The provider will focus on men’s and women’s hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and preventive care, with opportunities for professional growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills.
• Active Ohio FNP or PA license with APRN authorization or medical practice eligibility.
• Current Ohio DEA registration and NPI without specialty.
• Current board certification and licensure in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients in telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across Ohio via telehealth in a hormone optimization program.
• Evaluate, treat, and manage MHRT/WHRT and preventive care plans.
• Maintain licensure, credentials, and compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with supervising physician and support teams.
