SynergenX Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) to care for patients across Ohio via telehealth. You must hold an active Ohio license and DEA registration, and be prepared for credentialing as part of the screening process.

This fully remote W-2 position offers a $120,000 annual salary, seven days of paid remote training, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance eligibility after 60 days, PTO, CME reimbursement, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license and current DEA registration required.
• NPI number without specialty; current board certification; credentialing verification during screening.
• Excellent clinical assessment and medical decision-making skills; strong patient communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telemedicine care to Ohio patients, evaluating, treating, and managing hormonal health and preventive care.
• Maintain a balanced patient population with MHRT/WHRT focus; deliver personalized hormone optimization.
• Complete credentialing/verification promptly; participate in remote training and onboarding.
