Job summary

Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Director of Virtual Care Programs to lead CFU and Telehealth across six states. This senior clinician will oversee clinical direction, staffing, regulatory compliance, and program development for remote staff.

You will drive follow-up care, standardize telehealth protocols, and ensure quality and patient-centered care across diverse affiliates.

Qualifications

• APC (NP/CNM/PA) with active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state.
• Eligible to obtain licensure in Indiana, Kentucky, Idaho, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii on hire.
• Minimum 10 years as an APC, with 5+ years in leadership roles and telehealth experience.
• Strong competency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and remote clinical workflows.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reproductive health standards and state reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision for CFU APCs, CFU RNs, Telehealth staff and service line managers.
• Oversee centralized follow-up care and telehealth service lines across six states.
• Develop and standardize telehealth protocols and care paths across affiliates.
• Lead quality assurance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure licensing compliance and staff training for all clinicians.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflows and data integrity.
• Monitor state reporting requirements and telehealth regulatory changes.
