Job summary

Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky seeks an Area Services Director of Clinical Services to provide operational leadership across health centers. You will supervise Health Center Managers, drive revenue-generating initiatives, and ensure high-quality, confidential patient care in a mission‑driven environment.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and program evaluation while coaching staff to sustain productivity and financial solvency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience with at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating annual and long-term operating and fiscal plans.
• Strategic, big-picture thinking is necessary.
• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Health Center Managers and supervise health center operations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate organization projects to maximize access, financial sustainability, and customer service.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure quality care and services for clients.
• Monitor budgets and financial metrics; ensure program productivity and efficiency.
