Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Telehealth Therapist for full-time remote work. The clinician will deliver IOP-level care via telehealth, conduct group and individual sessions, and support families and continuity of care across a remote care team.

Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and thorough clinical documentation. Florida licensure is required at hire; state licensure expansion is supported as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license; Florida licensure required at time of hire.
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with SUD and/or mental health populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions in an IOP setting via telehealth.
• Provide individual therapy to support patient progress.
• Lead family engagement sessions to build support systems.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments to guide care decisions.
• Develop and update master treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and crisis intervention when needed.
